Information Point.
The Information Point will close at 6pm on Thursday evenings.
To ensure your visit to Springfields Outlet Shopping & Festival Gardens is as enjoyable as possible our Information Point Team are here to assist you with visitor guides and leaflets or will answer any queries you might have during our opening hours. The Information Point is located at the front of the site.
We have a range of Springfields souvenirs. Postcards priced at 30p each or 4 for £1.00. Notepads are 60p each and Mouse Mats are £1.75 each.
Cornetto soft ice creams are in stock now priced at £1.50 each. Four delicious flavours to choose from: vanilla, strawberry, choc chip and the new caramel flavour. We also stock a selection of Magnum lollies.
We have cold soft drinks ranging from 75p to £1.50 each and a selection of chocolate bars priced at 70p each.
Also on display we have products for sale for our chosen charity of the year The Royal British Legion. Pop in and check out our range of goods and help us raise money for this very worthy cause.

Car Parking
Safe, secure car parking in all our on-site car parks. Fully protected by 24hr CCTV. Springfields is the first car park in Lincolnshire to be awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking Award by the Association of Chief Police Officers for it’s outstanding facilities, car park management, attention to detail and security.
Car parking is available as follows:-
West Car Park – 540 spaces
South Car Park - 66 spaces
North Car Park – 156 spaces – most convenient for the Festival Garden Centre
Overflow Car Park has additonal parking and will be open on busy occassions

Wheelchairs
To help make your visit easier you can hire wheelchairs FREE from our Information Point. To ensure a wheelcahir is available for your visit, please call 01775 760909 and reserve before your visit as we only have a limited amount to lend.

Public Transport
A regular bus service stops opposite the main entrance to Springfields Outlet Shopping & Festival Gardens and bus times are available from the Information Point.
The 505 Norfolk Green bus leaves the Centre to Spalding Town every 20 minutes Monday to Saturday with a regular hourly service on Sundays too.
These times are subject to delays and may not be exactly on time, so it is advisable to check with the bus company on 01553 776980 before you start your journey.

Cash Machines
There are two “Link” cash machines located outside next to the Information Point. These are controlled by the provider and have no connection to the Information Point. Any queries must be directed to the card provider.

They can be redeemed at participating retailers at Springfields Outlet Shopping. Gift cards can be purchased from Springfields Information Point.

Coach Facilities For Springfields Outlet Shopping
We are extremely proud to have been nominated as one of the "Top 50 Coach Destinations in the UK"
A dedicated coach arrival and drop-off zone is located at the front of the scheme. The scheme benefits from safe and secure on-site coach parking facilities with full 24hr CCTV coverage. Coach parking is FREE. We offer a meet and greet service with all coaches upon arrival. Coach driver incentive’s are provided, but to make full benefit of these booking is required. Parent & Toddler Parking
There are now 18 reserved Parent & Baby parking spaces in the West car park which have been specifically adapted and widened to help with access to child seats and pushchairs. Their location makes access to the shops much easier, being right next door to the pedestrian walkway.

Water Taxi
Whilst visiting Springfields why not take a trip on the unique Spalding Water Taxi into the beautiful Market Town of Spalding. Boats run seven days a week and depart every 20- 30 minutes. The leisurely thirty five minute trip along the river provides a unique way to see the rivers wildlife and the town. All aboard for a great way to travel for all the family.
